Darlinghurst Penthouse

The complex was completed in 2012 and owners required a complete renovation including the movement of internal walls. 

Occupying the prime top corner of the building. The penthouse commands views across the east of the city. 

Complex planning working was required to extend the two bedrooms out onto the excessively large balcony at the southern end. This DA was approved and further complex rerouting of balcony drainage was then required. 

All finishes were themed with European heritage components as a key feature.
